Recipe type: Salad
A delicious pear, pomegranate and stilton salad.
- 75 gm Watercress
- 2 Pears, Peeled, Cored and Sliced
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 200 gm Stilton Cheese
- 50 gm Pomegranate Seeds
- Put watercress or salad mixture into a large bowl, add the pomegranate seeds, mix well and distribute the mixture evenly between the two plates.
- Place the pear pieces around the outside of each plate and sprinkle the stilton cheese on top of the salad mixture
- Combine the lemon juice and olive oil into a small cup, then pour generously over each plate
