A delicious pear, pomegranate and stilton salad.
Ingredients
  • 75 gm Watercress
  • 2 Pears, Peeled, Cored and Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 200 gm Stilton Cheese
  • 50 gm Pomegranate Seeds
Instructions
  1. Put watercress or salad mixture into a large bowl, add the pomegranate seeds, mix well and distribute the mixture evenly between the two plates.
  2. Place the pear pieces around the outside of each plate and sprinkle the stilton cheese on top of the salad mixture
  3. Combine the lemon juice and olive oil into a small cup, then pour generously over each plate
